Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery time
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by New Zealand Post.

All delivery times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.


What does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.


Where is my package?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu on our website.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple separate parcels.


My tracking number doesn’t work

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
If your tracking still shows no information after several days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
